Rob Rager, principal and founder, is directly responsible for every stage of your project:
interpreting your ideas and needs, creating the drawings that document those solutions,
guiding your choice of a builder, and working as a team with that builder
to ensure that your project will come to life just as you want it to.

We have a strong interest in green building and sustainable design; we support that
interest with LEED accreditation and ongoing education, and our approach to
progressive, modern design fits perfectly with those principles. Sustainability begins with
understanding the site you've chosen: the direction of the wind, the movement of sun
and shadows, patterns of rain, snow, noise and silence. From those realities will come a
